CSA Systems were appointed by Read Construction to supply and install the aluminium glazing package on the iconic 1960s building. The original pre-cast concrete cladding panels were over-clad with rain-screen cladding panels before we installed over 1500m2 of new high performance curtain walling, windows & doors to create a modern, high-performance façade. The project saved over 100tns of construction waste and is a fantastic example of the environmental and cost benefits refurbishment projects can have for clients.
