CSA Systems were selected by Seddon Construction to supply and install the aluminium glazing package for a new £21 million, state-of-the-art care facility in the heart of Chester City Centre. Completed in 2022, the complex provides accommodation and specialist dementia and nursing support for more than 100 residents.

We manufactured and installed over 1000m2 of high performance PURe Windows to achieve U-Values below 1.0 wm2/k. We also provided SCW+ Curtain Walling with SPW600 Residential Doors for the balcony glazing across the scheme.
